I am going to start a series of posts this weekend that discuss some of the techniques that N-Map is going to be using, and some of the legal issues that surround new media the legal advocacy. For example, the first one will be about how N-Map’s tactical use of video can help save on huge litigation costs by giving lawyers the information that they need to settle early. I’ll also talk about using dynamic or crowd-sourced media as evidence — how courts should treat evidence that, by its very nature, is constantly changing. There are lots of possibilities for discussion. Please weigh in if there are any issues or techniques you think are particularly interesting — or if I have gotten anything wrong!
